贵州师范大学课程设计 课程设计题目某学校宿舍楼建筑装饰工程招标控制价编制 学院： 年级： 专业：建筑工程 姓名 : 学号： 指导教师： 摘要 招标控制价是根据国家或省 、行业建设主管部门颁发的有关计价依据和办 法，按设计施工图纸计算的，对招标工程限定的最高工程造价。招标控制价包括 分部分项工程费、措施项目费、其他项目费、规费、税金。本设计的主要内容为 ***学校宿舍楼建筑装饰工程招标控制价编制。 本设计从宿舍楼的设计施工图纸和有关资料入手，工程建筑总面积为 4959.53平方米，工程类别为四类工程，抗震等级为三 ，抗震设防烈度为7度。 根据《11G101-1、2、3图集》和《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》的规则计算 出钢筋、混凝土、装饰等各分部分项工程量，并列出工程量清单。在此基础上， 按照辽宁省建设工程计价依据《A建筑工程计价定额》、《B装饰装修工程计价定 额》、《建设工程费用标准》计算出相应的招标控制价，并列出招标控制价、工程 量清单计价表以及综合单价分析表。最后，依据以上内容对本设计进行经济技术 分析。工程总造价为5,785,848.63 元，每平米造价为1166.74元。 关键词：工程量清单；招标控制价；综合单价 Abstract The bidding controlled price, according to the national or provincial level, the administrative department of construction industry issued by the relevant valuation basis and method, calculated according to the construction drawings, is the highest engineeringcostlimitofthebiddingprojects.
