内蒙古科技大学 本科生毕业设计说明书 题 目:某乙烯氧氯化法生产聚氯乙烯企业总排废水处理站工艺设计 学生姓名:王丽艳 学 号:200540701132 专 业:给水排水工程 班 级:水2005-1班 指导教师:敬双怡 讲师 摘 要 随着经济的飞速发展和产业结构的不断升级,。 本次毕业设计的题目是某乙烯氧氯化法生产聚氯乙烯企业总排废水处理站工艺设计,处理废水总量为21000。要求处理的主要污染物质是、、SS、磷化物、氯乙烯和色度。经处理后,出水排放要达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB-18918-1996)关键词:Abstract With the rapid socio-economic development and the continuous upgrading of industrial structure, the demand for PVC is growing in the modern society and PVC are used widely in construction, industry, agriculture and daily life. At the present time,many enterprises which produce PVC don’t make clear the PVC production wastewater treatment process, the most part of the waste water is dischargeed without any direct emissions., which causes serious environmental pollution problems. The title of this graduation project is an ethylene production of PVC Oxychloride total business process wastewater treatment plant design ,the total of the waste water treatment is 21000.The main pollution substances which are required are as fellows: SS, phosphide, vinyl chloride and chroma.The quilty of the of the effluent discharge meets the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB-18918-1996) standard level. after the treatment . The method of this project treating the waste water is combining coagulation- sedimentation and anaerobic aerobic treatment. The concentration of suspended solids is reduced rapidly with the way of coagulation-sedimentation, chemical phosphorus removal can reduce the stess of the phosphorus removal.The use of double treatment which are the Hydrolytic acidification pool and SBR reaction tank can put the waste water meet the discharge standards. Sludge in the process of waste water treatment is treated with the traditional approach, and it is moved after digestion and dewatering.
