高职院校学生管理问题研究.pdf

摘 要 20 世纪 80 年代末期素质教育理念被提出，经过近年来高等教育的改革，素质 教育已成为我国教育界的基本共识。作为贯彻、推广素质教育的第一阵地，以大学 生为主体的高职院校学生管理工作成为了高职院校教育管理工作的重要组成部分， 对大学生的全面、和谐、健康发展起着引导、教育的作用。随着经济社会的不断变 化，传统的学生管理工作模式已经不能有效的发挥作用，必须探索出适应当代大学 生需求的管理措施，改善高职院校学生管理工作。 首先，明确研究对象和相关理论基础。从相关理论角度出发，一方面从管理学 理论、职业教育学理论中为高职院校学生管理工作寻找理论支撑；另一方面阐述了 高职院校学生管理的形成发展、概念界定以及重要性。 其次，现状分析及提出问题。论文用两大部分分析了高职院校学生管理工作的 现状并提出了当前存在的问题。一是从宏观上对高职院校学生管理工作所面临的发 展环境进行了分析，同时列举出近些年我国高职院校学生管理工作所取得的成绩。 二是通过调查问卷、访谈等方式，结合本人工作经验，提出了高职院校学生管理工 作理念、体制、方法等方面存在的问题，并深入剖析了问题存在的原因。 最后，解决问题。根据社会现实需要、大学生的时代特点、调查问卷结果，针 对高职院校学生管理工作中存在的问题，从改善管理理念、管理策略、管理方式等 方面入手，提出高职院校学生管理工作的改进建议，开拓学生管理工作的创新之路。 关键词 高职院校 学生管理 以人为本 管理策略 管理方式 Abstract Proposed at 80 decade 20th century, the conception of education for all-around development of students has gained a universal approval within our national educational circles with the process of up-to-date higher education reformation. To be the front line of carrying out and popularizing the conception, higher vocational education schools put giant emphasis on the administration of student affairs, and it has fundamental instructing and educating effects in healthy, harmonious and all-around development of students. But in recent years, with the sustained changing of economics and society, the traditional student administration mode can not work efficiently any longer. The main goal should be to investigate alternatives that can suit the modern undergraduates better, and consequently improve the higher vocational school student affairs administration.
