浙江职业技术学院 毕业设计（论文） 题目：企业文化模式研究 学 院 浙江职业技术学院 专 业 工商行政管理 学生姓名 朱先满 学生学号 ------ 指导教师 刘斌（哈哈） 提交日期 2013 年 5 月 20 日 企业文化模式研究  [摘要 ] 在市场竞争激烈的情况下，企业文化是企业生存的根本，是推动企业可持续发展的动力。企业文化作为当今世界研究的热潮方兴未艾，人们从不同的角度给“企业文化”下过100多种定义。这些定义都有一定的道理，但也都有片面性，不能反映每个企业文化的丰富内涵。作为一个先进的企业，就必须拥有自身的企业文化。一个企业如同一个人一样，是有品行的，而企业品行的反应，就是该企业的文化。那么，什么是企业文化呢？企业文化是一个企业以生产为中心，以提高职工队伍素质为核心，充分调动职工积极性和创造性，以创造最佳经济效益为目的，推动企业物质文明和精神文明建设的一种管理理论和实践活动。又可以称之为“公司文化”或“社团文化”。一个先进的企业文化必须大力增强“四个能力”，即学习能力、沟通能力、响应能力和改进能力，营造创新型的强势文化，提升企业的竞争力。构建健康有效的企业文化模式，对于加快企业发展，提升核心竞争力能起到促进和推动作用，具有重要的现实意义。 [关键词] 企业文化 学习型组织 视觉形象 诚信 Enterprise culture simulation [abstract] Intense competition in the market situation, the enterprise culture is the fundamental business survival, and promote the sustainable development of enterprise is the power. Enterprise culture as a climax in the world today is in the ascendant, people from different angles to enterprise culture under more than 100 kinds of definition. These definitions are certain truth, but also have the one-sided sex, cant reflect each enterprise culture connotation.
