目标 1、能听说读写单词:baseball team
2、能熟练运用句型:I bought you this book about America . Thank you .It looks interesting . It’s for playing baseball . Who gave it to you ? Simon’s family gave it to me .
3、让学生学会如何用英语来表达接受或者赠送礼物。

1.Sing an English song .
2.Talk about and write about track and field events on the blackboard (football , basketball , swimming , morning exercises , long jump , high jump … etc. ) .At first , the teacher gives an example , then ask the students say others about them .
Step II Presentation
1.Learn the new words :
baseball , baseball team , baseball cap
The teacher shows the pictures about baseball , teach the word “baseball ” and “baseball cap ” , then say : Baseball is very popular in America . Simon is also in a baseball team . Lead in “baseball team ”. The students repeat the words after the teacher .Practice the words in different ways .
2. Ask and answer in pairs :
-- I bought you this book yesterday .
-- Thank you . It looks interesting .
-- Who gave it to you ?
-- Ms Ge gave it to me .
The teacher writes down the dialogue on the blackboard, then takes out a new book and say : “Today is ××’s birthday .I bought him a book .It’s very interesting . I’ll give it to him . How to describe . Let’s look at the dialogue .” Ask the students to understand the meaningof each sentence , especially the words “bought and gave” . Then practice it in groups .
At last , ask the students to make the same sentences with their own things and act it out .
Step III Practice
Listen ,point and find .
The Students listen to the tape and find out the words “ bought and gave” in the text .
2. Listen and answer .
