Nowadays, the belief education to undergraduates gets trapped in predicament such as: religious students, utilitarianism, Marxism belief education divorced from reality, and pluralistic faith, while the religious education in western country is flourished and developed. Based on comparative analysis of the characteristics and model between western education of religious belief and Chinese education of Marxism belief, the author meticulously screens for helpful education models in western religious belief, puts forward four revelation aiming at Achilles ’heel of the education of Marxism belief ：Put equal importance to explicit and implicit education, make soft instruction and hard management, carry forward philanthropism and emphasize on spirit, so as to improve the efficiency of Chinese education of Marxism beli
