PAGE  PAGE 35 xx学院 20xx届 毕 业 设 计（论文） 设计（论文）题目基于单片机的家用固定电话自动计费器的设计院系名称计算机科学与技术系专业（班级） 姓名（学号） 指导教师 系负责人  摘 要 本文提出了固定电话现存的一些缺陷，由于电信计费系统不能像电表、水表、煤气表那样安装在用户家中，因此用户会对异常增加的高额话费产生怀疑。便导致一些纠纷，并以此为基础阐明了设计一款家用固定电话计费器的必要性和重要性。通过对单片机8051的研究以及电信资费的调查，设计出基于单片机的家用固定电话自动计费器。用键盘作为输入设备，单片机8051统计通话时间及通话费用，然后由LED作为输出设备将通话时间及通话费用显示出来。在本设计中计时是通过使用单片机8051的内部定时器/计数器实现，而计费方式因有本地电话与长途电话的不同而有区别，所以按照电信资费的标准通过各自计费的算法实现。家用固定电话自动计费器可以精确的显示通话时间及费用，方便用户使用，取得很好的效果。 关键词：单片机8051，LED，固定电话，计费 Abstract This paper presents some of the existing fixed-line defects, the telecommunications billing system does not like meters, water meters, gas meters, as installed on the users home, so users would be unusual increase in the high bills doubt. It led to some disputes, as the basis set out the design a home fixed telephone billing for the necessity and importance. Through the SCM 8051, as well as telecommunications charges of the investigation, design a home-based SCM fixed telephone for automatic billing. Using the keyboard as input devices, the MCU 8051 statistics talk time and call charges, and then as an output device from the LED will call time and call charges to them. During the design of time through the use of SCM 8051 internal timer / counter to achieve, and billing for local telephone and long distance calls in different but differentiated, telecommunications charges in accordance with the standards through their billing algorithm . Domestic fixed-line automatic billing can accurately display Call time and cost, user-friendly, have achieved very good results.
