第  PAGE 12 页 共  NUMPAGES 12 页 中外商业银行供应链融资问题比较研究 摘要：供应链融资是把供应链上的核心企业及其相关的上下游配套企业作为一个整体，根据供应链中企业的交易关系和行业特点制定基于货权及现金流控制的整体金融解决方案的一种融资模式。改革开放三十多年来，我国的市场经济取得了长足的发展，人民生活也得到了大幅度的提高。与此同时，各类企业之间却存在着发展不平衡的现象。中小企业虽然对拉动经济增长，优化产业结构等方面产生着重要的作用，但是却长期存在着融资贷款难、企业担保难等一系列的问题，供应链融资作为商业银行的一项新型的业务，其对解决中小企业融资问题有重要意义。而在全球化进程不断加快和国际贸易频繁增长的当今，国际贸易市场的竞争格局逐步由单一客户之间的竞争转化为企业供应链之间的竞争，国外的商业银行为了配合这一市场发展需要，其供应链融资服务也迅猛发展。本文通过对商业银行的供应链融资问题进行介绍，指出国内外的具体现状和问题，并提出了有针对性的对策和建议，期望能够对商业银行供应链融资的问题提供一定的借鉴。 关键字：供应链 融资 市场 国外 银行 Abstract: supply chain finance is the core enterprise in the supply chain and its associated upstream and downstream enterprise as a whole, according to the trading relationship of enterprises in the supply chain and industry characteristics based on goods and cash flow right of controlling the overall financial solutions of a kind of financing mode. Although small and medium-sized enterprises (smes) to drive economic growth, optimizing industrial structure plays an important role, but there is a difficulty in getting loans, corporate financing guarantee for a long time and so on a series of problems, supply chain financing as a new type of business of commercial Banks, it is important significance to solve the problem of small and medium-sized enterprise financing. In frequent with the accelerating process of globalization and international trade growth of today, the competition of international trade market competition between gradually by a single customer is converted into the competition between enterprise supply chain, foreign commercial Banks in order to fit the market development needs, its supply chain financing service and rapid development.
