Abst ract :Et hy lene g ly co l pro cess i s a long process , w hich i nclude s mo re than ten f ractio nat ing co lum ns and fi xed-bed cataly tic reacto r.In the long process , t he re are many uncert ai n f act ors , such as cataly st deacti vatio n and so on.T heref ore t he si mulation of the w ho le et hy lene g lycol process i s very dif ficul t.In this paper , ASPEN P L US so f tw are w as used as a platf o rm.Support vect or m achi ne , opti mizatio n me thod , mechanism m odeling methods are integrat ed t o develop t he m odel of et hy lene gly col process.Wi th actual pro cess data , the process model w as intelligently rectif ied.T he result s of mo del simulatio n agreed w i th act ual dat a fairly and the w hole process model can satisfy t he needs of process simulati on .
