teamwork 团队的力量 Every one is a team member. A team is a group with a clear goal that is agree upon by all members or dictated by management. The team studies a problem, plans the responsibilities of each member, and work together to reach the goal. Each person knows what his or her job is and how all the jobs fit together to achieve the goal. 人人都是团队成员 团队就是具有明确目标的小组，该目标是全体成员所认同的，或是有管理层制定的。在这个团队中，成员们就一个问题进行研究，为每位成员制定职责，并向着目标一起努力。每个成员都应该明确自己的任务，知道如何协调各项任务才能实现目标。 Team works Studies show that teamwork is successful because it benefits both the employer and the employee. the team makes its own decisions about what should be done and how and when it will be done. It takes responsibility for good and bad decisions. In a team environment ,leaders provide support and encouragement to the team but don’t tell members what to do. 团队合作很有效 研究表明：团队合作要想取得成功，必须让雇主和员工都从中获得利益。应当做什么，怎么做，何时做，这些都有团队自由决定，而所作决策的好与坏，其责任也由团队自己承担。在团队内部，领导者会向团队提供支持和鼓励，但不会对成员指手划脚。 Teamwork and attitude Working as a team member is not natural to all people, especially for those who entered their careers when individual effort was regarded. To be an effective team member, you need to develop a team work attitude. That means you must maintain good relationships with team members, be willing to give credit to others, and believe in the purpose for which the team was formed. in a team, reliance on others is essential. 团队合作和态度 并不是所有人都了与团队合作，尤其是那些由于个人努力得到了回报之后才行的人。要想成为一个高效的团队成员，你需要培养团队合作态度，这意味着你必须与其他成员保持良好的关系，愿意信任他人，对团队成立的目的坚信不疑。你必须信赖他人，你的所作所为也要能鼓励他人信任你。因为在团队内部，信赖即是根本。 As a team member, you must be assertive enough to communicate your point of view, describe your ideas ,and disagree when it’s important. Teaming is a “we’re in this together” attitude, one that allows each team member to appreciate the special talents, gifts, or skills that other members bring. When these talents are used productively in a group, each individual gets satisfaction from the result. 作为一名团队成员，你必须要有足够的自信向他人传达自己的观点，描述自己的想法，并在重要关头提
