Y掺杂TiO2薄膜的制备及处理 印染废水研究 摘 要 TiO2材料是一种具有广阔应用前景的重要功能材料。因其具有良好的光催化活性、耐腐蚀性、强紫外线屏蔽能力以及电致变色性等独特的功能,近年来在水资源保护、涂料和汽车工业、传感器、光催化等领域有广泛应用。 本文以钛酸丁酯为原料,乙醇为溶剂,二乙醇胺为抑制剂,稀土元素Y为改性剂,采用溶胶-凝胶的方法制备了Y掺杂TiO2薄膜;探讨了光照时间、镀膜层数、热处理温度、稀土元素Y掺杂量以及甲基橙溶液浓度对其光催化性能的影响;并通过XRD对薄膜的结构进行了表征。 实验结果表明:以不锈钢位基片为载体,通过溶胶-凝胶法可以制得透明、均匀的TiO2薄膜。当稀土元素Y掺杂量为0.9%Y的质量/TiO2的质量,镀膜层数3层,烧结温度550℃,处理浓度为20mg/L,处理时间120分钟时光催化性能最佳,此时甲基橙溶液的脱色率为85.7%。 通过XRD分析可知:热处理温度为500℃时,TiO2颗粒主要以锐态矿晶型存在;随着热处理温度的升高,锐态矿型TiO2开始向金红石型进行转变。 此外,通过TiO2薄膜重复利用研究可以看出,利用不锈钢基片为载体制得的TiO2薄膜,可多次回收利用,并仍保持在较高的光催化活性。 关键词:溶胶-凝胶法,TiO2薄膜,Y掺杂,光催化,甲基橙 ABSTRACT TiO2 materials are one of important functional materials,which have very good application future.In recent years it widely used in the area of environmental water resource,dope,automobile industry,transparent and photocatalyse due to its particular properties of photocatalytic activity,corrosion resistant,antiultraviolet ability and electrochromics. In this paper,titanium dioxide thin film was prepared by sol-gel method with Ti(OC4H9)4 introduced in the C2H5OH solution and inhibited by NH·(C2H5OH)2 and modified by the rare-earth Y. The effect of light application time, coating times, heat treatment temperature, Y content and methyl orange solution concentration to photocatalasis was studied during the experiment. The photocatalyst were characterized by means of XRD. The experimental result indicated that the lucid and uniform titanium dioxide thin film was prepared on the non-corrosive steel by sol-gel method. The film with 0.9% Y content, three coating times, 550℃ heat treatment temperature has the highest photocatalytic efficiency. The photocatalyst decolouration rate of methyl orange with 20mg/L initial concentration was up to 85.7% after 120 minute by the film. The XRD result indicated that the titanium dioxide hydrosol was composed of anatase phase on the film with 500℃ heat treatment temperature.
