MAGMASOFT casting simulation software is the worlds best software tools for die casting. It is the only choice of casting for the foundry industry to improve product quality,process conditions,reduce costs and increase competitiveness. ?
Mold filling, solidification, mechanical properties,residual stress and distortion of the simulated casting project for the comprehensive optimization provides the most reliable guarantee. Previous works only on the casting parameters and the quality of casting a thorough understanding of the factors, can produce high-quality foundry casting engineers have confidence. The traditional method of casting engineering work to optimize both cost and time-consuming, time-pressure makes a lot of casting project can not play full potential.
Base on the numerical simulation of magnesium alloy interface with MAGMASOFT material library, the software functions were related to us. Magnesium alloy by casting on Numerical Simulation of learning, familiar MAGMASOFT software, master its application. Numerical simulation and database in the product development process an important role, particularly for new products that save time, optimize the design is more and more prominent. With the completion of product type related to computer design and manufacturing process simulation is to shorten the development cycle in industrial production and an important means of saving development costs.
