摘 要 建筑给排水施工建设在建筑工程施工中是十分重要的环节，并且也是其基础工程之一。在进行工程施工建设时，要保证施工项目的及时完工，并且还要保证完成整项工程需要在很认真的状态下进行，而其中关于工程的安全管理和质量管理是比较重要的工作，以下主要分析了目前的建筑给排水施工中存在的常见的安全和质量的问题，并且对加强其管理进行了具体的阐述，希望能够对提高施工的安全和质量起到一定的促进作用。 建筑给排水施工是影响建筑质量的重要因素。文章结合建筑给排水施工现场服务经验，从提高住户居住环境和生活质量出发，归纳总结了建筑给排水施工经常遇到的问题及其解决办法。 在整体的建筑工程中，给排水部分虽然占的比重并不大，但是在建筑产品的质量投诉中，比例较高。综合各类实例来看，许多问题在建筑主体施工阶段就已经埋下了隐患。因此建筑给排水工程施工质量直接关系到建筑工程的整体质量，施工中任何一道工序有质量问题，都有可能影响建筑的使用及安全，所以施工质量控制需特别重要。针对建筑给排水施工安全及质量管理进行了探讨，仅供参考。 关键词：建筑给排水施工；安全管理；质量管理；存在问题 Abstract Building water supply and drainage construction is an important link in the construction engineering construction,and is also one of the basic engineering.In the engineering construction ,to ensure the timely completion of the construction,and will ensure to complete the whole project shall be carried out in very serious condition ,and the safety management and quality management of the project in more important work .The following main existing in the analysis of the current construction of water supply and drainage construction of common problems of safety and quality,and to strengthen its management has carried on the detailed elaboration, hope to improve the quality of construction safety and play a role in promoting.
