摘 要 汽车工业是我国的支柱产业之一,“十五”期间,轿车生产将成为我国汽车工业发展的重点。但长期以来我国轿车研发能力十分薄弱,其中覆盖件模具的设计和制造一直是制约我国轿车工业发展的瓶颈。因此,发展汽车覆盖件模具制造技术蕴含着巨大的社会价值和经济价值。本课题“智能刷镀—喷涂机伺服机构设计”是大型板料冲压模具快速制造关键设备“一体化智能刷镀—喷涂机”的一部分。本文根据喷涂机的工作域及其运动性能要求,针对喷枪横移机构进行设计,通过对喷枪横移机构的运动分析和动力计算,设计出横移机构的驱动机构,选择合适驱动电机,并对传动零件进行设计,最终完成横移机构的整体结构和几何尺寸,以满足喷枪的运动性能指标。 关键字:金属电弧喷涂,机器人,伺服机构 ABSTRACT Auto industry is one of Pillar industries in our country. During the States Tenth Five-Year Plan period, the car produces will became the focal point of the automobile industrial development of our country. The market potential of cars of our country is enormous, but the researches and developments ability of cars are very weak. For many years, in the development of the new style, the design and manufacture of the covering mould has been the bottleneck restraining development of car industry of our country all the time. The automobile body punching mould import total amount of money is about 200 million dollars in our country in 1999. During the States Tenth Five-Year Plan period, the annual demand of market value of the large-and middle-scaly automobile covering moulds is about 2 billion, but at present, the satisfied rate is 53.4%. So, covering moulds’ and other moulds’ rapid manufacture technology of automobiles contain enormous social value and economic value. The subject, intelligence brush plate-spraying machine servomechanism design, is one part of the integrated intelligence brush plate-spraying machine which is the key device of the automobile mould rapid manufacture. By analyzing the performance index of the movement of the intelligence brush plate-spraying machine servomechanism, in this paper, analysts and calculations related with motion control, servomechanism design and the elective of electrical machineries are involved, then the Optimum scheme is selected by comparing all the schemes.
