网络隐私权侵权研究 作者：辛鑫 (指导老师：汪云鹤) (皖西学院建筑与土木工程学院） 摘要：伴随着Inter网的飞速发展，我们的日常生活发生了翻天覆地的变化，在它给公民带来前所未有的便利的同时，也将个人的隐私信息赤裸裸的暴露在看似虚拟却实际上充满危险的网络世界里，使隐私权的保护在很大的程度上丧失了意义。与传统的隐私权不同，网络隐私权作为隐私权的一种特殊存在方式逐渐引起了人们的关注，有关网络隐私权的了解，认识与保护也在一步一步加强。本文对一些网络隐私侵权的典型案件的举例，通过一些网络侵权案件的研究来说明网络侵权对别人造成的侵害。在深入了解网络隐私权现状的基础上，经过分析案例研究传统隐私权，来明确网络隐私侵权的归责原则和构成要件，并对网络隐私权的保护与完善提出相关建设性的建议。 关键词：侵权；网络隐私权；传统隐私权；立法完善； Research of Network Privacy Infringement Student: Xin Xin(Faculty Adviser:Yunhe Wang ) （Institute of architecture and civil engineering，West Anhui University） Abstract：The rapid development of network technology brings to our life and significant changes.Network in bring convenience to people at the same time, also broke the boundary of time and space, make the privacy barriers largely meaningless.Unlike traditional privacy of network privacy as a right of privacy gradually aroused peoples concern, concerned about understanding and protection of network privacy are also gradually strengthened.We want to be in understanding the current situation of network privacy, analysis and research, clear, imputation principle and component of Internet privacy and puts forward Suggestions on network privacy protection.The full text includes the following several parts.
