Chapter 377: REVIEW OF ROADS UNDER THE SITE LOCATION OF DEVELOPMENT LAW SUMMARY: These regulations describe the Boards jurisdiction in reviewing roads under the Site Location of Development Law (38 M.R.S.A. §§ 481 et seq.); define and clarify terms used in the Site Location of Development Law and Regulations; describe the procedure to be used in reviewing proposed roads; establish standards which must be met in order to qualify for exemption from the law; and, describe the terms and conditions which the Board may impose on the approval of an application in order to ensure compliance with the law. 1. Board Jurisdiction A.
