Therefore, the enterprise can rapid response market, control inventory management risk into before managers a crucial question. Production planning and control as a basis for the management, has a very important role. In this course design production planning and control in jiang motor company mining and metallurgy production application. First of all, this course is designed to introduce the related theory and the enterprise production planning and control of the products is introduced, and then the analysis of the demand forecast and bom analysis, finally worked out the product master production plan and material requirement plan.
