老年骨性关节病的中医康复治疗 　　[摘要] 目的 讨论中医康复治疗对老年骨性关节病的疗效。 方法 选择160例患有骨性关节病的老年患者，随机分为两组，对照组80例单纯应用西医常规治疗，治疗组80例单纯应用中医方法治疗，包括按摩、针灸、药浴配合康复锻炼，3个月后，比较两组患者的疗效和关节功能恢复评分。 结果 治疗组患者总有效率及关节功能恢复评分更高，不良反应少，与对照组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 对患有骨性关节病的老年患者应用中医康复治疗方法比单纯应用西医方法效果更好，患者不良反应少，疗效高，功能恢复好，是可靠安全的治疗方法，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 老年；骨性关节病；中医康复 　　[中图分类号] R68 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）06（c）-0109-02 　　Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation treatment of senile osteoarthritis 　　CHEN Guoquan 　　The Second Peoples Hospital of Xingning City in Guangdong Province， Xingning 514500， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation treatment of senile osteoarthritis. Methods 160 elderly patients with osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups， 80 cases in control group were treated with conventional western medicine treatment， the other 80 cases in treatment group were treated with the method of Chinese medicine treatment， included massage， acupuncture， medicated bath combined with rehabilitation exercise， after 3 months， the scores of the effect and joint function recovery of patients in the two groups was compared. Results Compared with control group， the total efficiency of patients in treatment group was higher， the joint function score was higher， and with less adverse reaction， the differences were all statistically significant （P 0.05）.
