精子上游器的研制及其实验效果
【摘要】目的:研制一种新型精子优选器皿―精子上游器(发明专利号:ZL 20081),并检测其实验效果。方法:采用精液样本30份,每份精液样本平分为两份,分别用精子上游器(实验组)和传统的四试管上游法(对照组)上游处理,然后分析处理后精子的浓度和活力及前向运动精子数。结果:实验组精液a级、前向运动精子率和前向运动精子数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P值均0.001)。实验组精子浓度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:本项目研制的精子上游器使用方便、易于操作,满足辅助生殖技术的临床要求,值得推广应用。

【Abstract】Objectives: To develop a new type of spermatozoa sorting instrument -sperm swim-up device- (whose invention and patent No. is ZL 20081) and test its experimental effect. Method: 30 semen samples were selected, each being divided into two equal parts and processed by sperm swim-up device (case group) or traditional four-tube-swim-up method (control group) respectively. After that we contrasted and analyzed the sperm concentration, motility and forward movement sperm count of the 2 groups. Results: The percentages of grade a, forward movement spermatozoon and forward movement sperm count in experimental group were all higher than those in the control group; the differences were all statistically significant (P0.001); The sperm concentration of experimental group was lower than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P0.05). Conclusion: The sperm swim-up device developed in the project is easy to use and operate, which meets the clinical requirement of assisted reproductive technology and is worthy of popularization and application.
