培美曲塞联合铂类治疗非小细胞肺癌的meta分析 陶玲 卓文磊 杨帆 朱波（400037 重庆 第三军医大学全军肿瘤中心） 【摘要】背景与目的 培美曲塞联合铂类治疗非小细胞肺癌是否优于吉西他滨联合铂类尚存在争议，本研究旨在对培美曲塞或吉西他滨联合铂类治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效和安全性行meta分析。资料和方法 计算机检索PubMed、medline、Embase、维普、中国期刊全文数据库等数据库，收集培美曲塞联合铂类治疗非小细胞肺癌的随机对照试验，用Cochrane协作网提供的Revman 4.2软件对数据进行meta分析。结果 meta分析显示：培美曲塞联合铂类与吉西他滨联合铂类在一年生存期上无统计学意义，但培美曲塞组的血液系统的毒副作用（粒细胞减少、 血小板减少、白细胞减少和贫血）相对减少，两组非血液系统的毒副作用则无明显统计学差异。结论 与吉西他滨联合铂类相比，培美曲塞联合铂类治疗非小细胞肺癌有相似的生存期，但血液系统的毒副反应相对减少。 【关键词】：非小细胞肺癌；培美曲塞；吉西他滨； meta分析 Pemetrexed plus platinum in non-small cell lung cancer：a meta analysis of randomized controlled trials Tao Ling, Zhuo Wenlei, Yang Fang，Zhu Bo(Department of Oncology, XinQiao Hospital, Third Military Medical University, ChongQing, 400038 China) [abstract] Background and Objectives Whether pemetrexed plus platinum chemotherapy is superior to gemcitabine plus platinum chemotherapy for patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is still in dispute，This meta-analysis was performed to compare the efficacy and toxicity of pemetrexed plus platinum versus gemcitabine plus platinum with advanced NSCLC. Methods We searched relevant randomized controlled trials (RCTs) from PubMed, Medline, Embase, VIP, CBM, CNKI, the Cochrane library. Then we used RevMan 4.2 provided by the Cochrane Collaboration to perform meta-analysis.
