河北工程大学毕业设计（论文） 第  PAGE 19 页 毕 业 设 计 题 目： 岸边集装箱起重机设计 学生姓名： 刘超 学 号： 120200924 学 院： 机电工程学院 专 业： 机械设计制造及其自动化 班 级： 九班 指导教师： 陈奕 教授 二 〇 一 六 年 五 月 三 十 一 日  岸边集装箱起重机设计 摘 要 岸边集装箱起重机是一种大型、高效的起重机。它是完成集装箱码头装卸任 务必不可少的设备。在查阅相关重要文献以及结合实际要求的前提下，本设计主要介绍了额定起重量为41吨的岸边集装箱起重机的工作原理以及工作过程。简单概括了岸边集装箱运输历史，重点详述了岸边集装箱起重机起升机构的设计计算过程。其内容包括起升机构驱动装置的布局方案??钢丝绳的计算、滑轮及卷筒的主要几何尺寸的确定、电动机以及减速器的选择、制动器及联轴器的选择、起升机构起动、制动时间和加速度的验算。与此同时，还进行了相关零件的三维实体建模。并对岸边集装箱起重机的未来发展提出了新的要求，即向大型化、高速化、自动化和智能化，以及高可靠性、长寿命、低能耗、环保型方向发展。 关键词：岸边集装箱起重机 起升机构 参数计算 三维建模 Design of shore container crane ABSTRACT Shore container crane is a large, efficient crane.
