Students are supposed to:
1. get a better understanding of the new College English Curriculum Requirements
2. know the theme and purpose of the course
3. have a full knowledge of the new College English Teaching Models: Net-based Teaching Automatic Learning
4. grasp the key points in E-learning and alike
5. conduct a series of reading, audio video, speaking, and classroom activities related to the theme of the course to get a good understanding of College English Teaching and Learning

From high school to university, that is a big change for freshmen. As an English saying goes, well begun is half done. Therefore, how to quickly adapt you to this change and go through the transition from high school to university is the major concern of every freshman.
