Now the scale of network unceasingly expand, agency of telecommunications faces the human resources didnt catch up with network develop, so stress of corporation to increase.This is an important object to service provider which how to reduce cost and improve the core competence.This is common cognition with Our core business didnt net but its very important to our business.At present,abroad emerging outsource of running and maintenance of telecommunications has guided the right direction for national corporation.Through outsource service,serice provider reduce cost and burden finially put the main effort on delevopment of new business.But outsource doesnt work for any condition,it has some obvious defects. If its not utilized well, it will bring unpredictable crisis to corporation. This article discusses the risk existing in network maintenance based on analysis on the case of oursourced network maintenance project of Jiangshu Telecommunication Corporation.
