AHP模型下陕西省与山西省煤炭行业发展战略分析 摘要：陕西与山西两省均为煤炭大省，在不同的历史原因、现实原因、地理因素、政策差异的影响下，两省的煤炭行业呈现出各具特色的发展轨迹。但是两者之间仍然存在着大量的相关性和相似性，本文通过研究两省煤炭行业发展之间的相关性与相似性，依据两省煤炭产业的发展脉络，对其未来的发展方向做出相应的预测；由于山西省的煤炭产业发展较早，相对成熟，通过对行业发展、转型路径等方面的研究，剖析其出现的体制性问题，山西省的经验对陕西省在解决相关问题时，会有诸多可资借鉴之处；两省同为资源型大省，在未来几十年内，共同面临着经济转型问题，山西省较早的开始了产业结构多元化与经济转型的尝试，可以为陕西省的产业转型提供前车之鉴。 本课题以两个典型城市：陕西省-神木、山西省-大同为例，对两省煤炭行业在产业发展现状、产权转化、经营方式、融资方式、产业布局、政策影响等六个方面的研究，得出两省煤炭行业发展轨迹的相似之处，最终运用AHP分析法，构建以神木为例的煤炭产业转型发展模型，对未来陕西省煤炭行业可能出现的变化作出预测，进而有针对性的对未来产业转型提出一些建议。 关键词：煤炭行业、经济转型、发展战略、AHP分析 The AHP model under the development strategy of coal industry in shaanxi province and Shanxi Province are analyzed Abstract：Shaanxi and shanxi are big coal province.Their coal industry have different trajectories and features. However there are lots of relevance and similarity which this article studied, meanwhile according to the two provincial coal industry development, for its future development of direction making the corresponding predictions ; Because the development of coal industry in Shanxi Province is early and relatively mature, making study about the industry development, the transformation path of research and analyzing the institutional problems that is useful in solving the related problems in shaanxi province. Provinces as resource-based province, in the next few decades, facing the economic transformation is the common problem. Shanxi Province began attempts at diversification of industrial structure and economic transformation early, that can offer mirror for shaanxi province.
