摘 要本文以传统空分装置中湿式空气滤清器为研究对象,针对其耗能大设备陈旧和技术落后等对其进行硬件改造和软件更新。在控制方案的选取上,改造后的系统设计为一个闭环控制系统,不但具有一定的抗干扰能力自调节能力,而且通过系统反馈值与期望值比较根据计算出来的控制量来调节电动机的,既节省了滤液,又降低了耗电量。 在设备的改造上,检测仪表采用尘埃粒子计数器采用节能作用的变频器变频调速系统。 针关键词:控制湿式空气滤清器变频器尘埃粒子计数器 ABSTRACT With the development of industry and computer technology, automation technology is progressed fast. The wet air cleaner control system whose equipments are dated, technology is not advanced and energy consumption is large in traditional air separation plant is being reconstructed both in hardware and in software in this paper. In the choice of control project, Redesigned control system is a closed loop control system. Not only can it has the capacity for anti-interference and adjust by itself, but also a lot of power and filtrate will be economized by adjusting the motor rotational speed that is calculated out by control rule comparing feedback with enactment. In the reconstruction of equipments, Programmable Logical Controller (PLC) that has the ability of anti-interference and communication is used in this system. Instrumentation using the dust particle counter and differential pressure sensors. The inverter which can adjust the working efficiency of motor is applied in this control system as the actuator and makes the control system to be a frequency-converter speeding-adjusting system. In the renew of control tactic, so PID control rule which is used broad in industry is applied in this control system.. PID control algorithm is not only applicable to open loop control system that is not stable, time delay system whose time delay is unknown and the system whose orders is unknown, but also it is not strict with model of control object. The control effect is still well with the distorting model of control object.
