淮 阴 工 学 院 毕业设计说明书（论文） 作 者: 学 号： 学 院: 机械工程学院 专 业: 机械设计制造及其自动化 题 目: 基于CAD技术的齿轮泵油槽仿形加工结构设计 ------夹具设计和工艺设计 指导者： 评阅者： 2015 年 6 月 毕业设计说明书（论文）中文摘要 齿轮泵是机械加工业常用装备之一，具有品种多、批量小、更新换代快的特点。正是因为其特点，为了克服其过去设计计算复杂，绘图量大等设计缺陷，缩短夹具设计周期，本课题将针对齿轮泵油槽仿形之夹具部分进行分析设计，包括选择设计出夹具的各个组成部件，如定位元件、夹紧元件、引导元件、夹具体与机床的连接件等等。通过分析夹具结构的合理性和不足再进行进一步改善，最后采取计算机辅助制造技术对该夹具部分进行三维造型，并生成二维图纸。在零件结构分析的基础上设计出合理的毛坯结构，然后选择合理的加工基准，最后设计出壳体油槽的加工工艺路线，从而完成夹具设计以及工艺设计。 关键词 计算机辅助设计（CAD），齿轮泵，夹具设计，工艺设计 毕业设计说明书（论文）外文摘要 Title The designing of gear pump sump profiling structure processing based on computer aided design Abstract The?gear?pump?is?the?main?equipment?in?mechanical?processing?industry. It has the features of more variety,small batch,fast updating,etc.And it is exactly the reason why we need to overcome the design defects of complex design and calculation and enormous plotting,and shorten the period of fixture designing.This paper will focus on analyzing and designing the fixture part of the gear pump sump profiling,which includes the design of the parts of the fixture such as locating element,clamping element,guiding element,connecting piece of the clamp part and the machine tool,and so on;the further improvement through analyzing the rationalization and deficiency of the clamping structure;the three-dimension modeling and two-dimension drawing of the fixture by designing the computer aided design.Complete the fixture and the technology design by designing the rational billet structure basded on the analysis of part structural,choosing the reasonable processing benchmarks and working out the processing craft route of pump case sump.
