In recent years, however, the financing difficult problem increasingly prominent, has become an important factor restricting the development of small micro enterprise further. Based on probing into the cause of the small micro enterprise financing difficulties as the breakthrough point, from two aspects of theory and practice to our country small micro enterprise financing problems on the system research. This paper summarizes the main research results are as follows: Current situation of micro, small and medium enterprises financing in China, in the small micro enterprise financing channels in China, on the basis of analysis, put forward the small micro enterprise financing difficult problem in our country, points out the small micro enterprise and the bank information asymmetry between the mortgage guarantee and small micro enterprises difficult to implement and bank products lack of innovation of contradiction has become the fact the focus of the demarcation, directly led to the formation of enterprise financing difficult problem.
