ResourceManagement in Complex Environment

Abstract:Since 1990s, the relativistic steady and knowable nature of organization environment are replacing by uncer
tain and complexity. To gain competitive advantage, organizations practicing reform and strategic human resource
management are becoming more and more important. From the view of the concept system analysis, this paper de
scribes the complexity of environment, the relationship between organization complexity and organization reform, and
the coupling effects between the complexity of environment and the complexity of organization. Besed on the environ
ment, the selected principles and the key methods of strategic human resource management in different enterprises are
discussed.
