A new method is put forward in present paper named Osculating Curved Cone(OCC) method which is based on general curved cone. The difference between OCC method and OC method is that OCC method using a general curved cone as the osculating flow filed. Detail design procedures of OCC method are 3 2 4 introduced in present paper. OCC method uses general curved cone to design 7 - 9 0 0 waverider, this makes sure that the compression ability of the OCC waverider can be 2 . 6 / 4 1 adjusted to fit the special requirements.
