The XRD results showed that the superlattice peaks became weaker as the Co content increased and the involvement of Co helped to reduce the cation mixing. When cycled between 2.5 and 4.4 V at 0.5 C, the Ni1/2Mn1/2 and Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3 containing electrodes showed excellent cycle performances and their ca
