Abstract:Thefineparticlehasbeenofmajorinterestlatelyforitspossibilityofapplications.Thenewmethodofproductionoffine
powderthatthesamecompositionmetalwaselectroplatedonfineparticleofsamecompositionhadbeendeveloped.Combinationof
sonicationwasconvenienttofinepowderbecausesonicationwaspowerfulagitation.Theeffectsoffrequencyofsonicationonthe
amountofdepositedpowderwerelargerinorderof28kHz=45kHz100kHzstationarystate=magneticagitationf300rpm).The
depositedpowderwascrystalline.Nicontentinpowderwas81wt%.W contentwas10wt%.Pcontentwas9wt%.Particlesizewas
obtainedabout41%(over2.0 m),about26% (1.5-2.0 m),about23% (1.0-1.5gm)andabout6%(under1rtm).Apowderrecovery
methodwasneededifsmallerpowdergotten
