工程造价管理毕业论文修正终稿.doc

摘 要 我国是现今世界上工程建设投资额度最大，工程建设项目最多的国家。然而，我们现有的工程造价管理方法仍相对比较落后，导致许多建设项目造价管理目标没有实现。而建设项目全过程造价管理是实现建设项目造价管理目标的根本手段，只有做好全过程的造价管理才能实现建设项目造价管理的最终目标。在我国加入WTO之后，随着经济的快速发展和基本建设投资规模的不断扩大，中国建筑市场对建筑工程项目进行全过程工程造价控制的要求越来越追切。工程造价管理必须实现与国际社会的全面接轨，同时工程造价管理人员必须从全新的角度来管理和控制工程项目的造价。工程造价管理涉及的面比较广并且是一项不确定性很强的工作，在项目实施的过程中必然会出现许多不可预见的情况，因此必需对工程造价管理的全过程进行管理控制。本文针对以上的问题，分成以下几个部分进行阐述： (1) 本文通过工程造价管理的历史发展以及国内外工程造价管理方法的对比引出了建筑工程全过程造价管理的概念，确定研究内容。 (2) 从工程造价的概念入手，讲述工程造价的组成及造价管理的内容。 (3) 通过对各阶段造价管理的对象、造价的相关因素、招投标、造价失控的原因等进行分析研究，提出了建设项目造价的合理确定与有效控制所取的措施。 (4) 讲述工程项目全过程造价控制实现的途径，造价咨询单位的在工程造价控制中起到的作用。 (5) 以工程项目为例，理论结合实际，讲述建设项目造价控制过程，并对我国工程造价控制管理提出本人的建议。 关键词： 建设项目；工程造价；全过程控制；造价管理 Abstract China is presently one of the countries with the largest construction’s investment and the most numerous infra or construction projects in the world．The existing method to manage construction cost however falls relatively behind，which leads to that many construction items fail to reach the management target．The whole processes construction cost management is a basic means to realize the practical construction cost management，so that each construction project should aim at the whole processes construction cost management，especially since China joined the WTO，along with the fast development in economy and in the capital construction investment continuously increase．There are urgent requirement to carry on the whole process construction cost management for each building or construction project in the Chinese construction market．The construction cost management in China should comply fully in line with the international society，and the people who deal with the construction cost management must learn and master the profession of management．The construction cost management covers versatile subjects，in most cases，with quite a lot of uncertainties，and there may appear many items that can’t foresee in process，so that the whole processes construction cost management is necessary to ensure efficient project management．In view of ow
