The objects of it re suit bly the five- c red f milies, seriously oppr f milies nd other poor publics. After the investig tion of the medic l help conducted in countryside, different levels of the civil f f ir sections found th t there re 2542000 people ( including 570000 of five- c red f milies, 1972000 of seriously poor f mily) who re in the condition of non- living without help. Among them it ccounts for 49. 8% bec use of dise ses nd dis bility. The number of the persons who re seriously ill is ccounts for 3% - 15% bec use of dise ses nd dis bility. At present, ll over the country there re 1501 counties th t h ve developed the work of medic l help conducted in countryside. So there is rel tively system tic fr me of the help th t is different on th n before. Due to the present problems, its next st ge is to form system th t to develop helps st nd rds nd to regul te helps the development.
