毕业设计说明书 题目名称： 生物质切碎机 院系名称： 机 电 学 院 班 级： 机 自 083 学 号： 学生姓名： 指导教师： 2012年6月 摘 要 生物燃料的特点，体积小，比重大，耐燃烧，便于储存和运输，体积仅相当于同重量秸秆的1/15，气密度为0.9-1.4g/cm3，热值可达到3500-5500大卡之间，是高挥发份的固体燃料，近年来，国家大力提倡和支持对生物质能源的开发和利用，先后在全国各地投建生物质发电厂一百多家，而“生物燃料”的产量，远远满足不了市场的需求，市场销售价格450元-550元/吨，形成供不应求的局面。然而，虽然我国有很多秸秆切碎的机器，但是大部分为畜牧业使用，关于生物质燃料这方面的机器设备却很少，并且规格并不统一，根据国家发改委农业部关于编制秸秆综合利用规划知道意见，加工生产秸秆固化成型燃料的投资者年产量超过1万吨，每顿补贴150元，地方政府还有对生产加工者免费提供生产场地，减免电费，并提供资金支持个经济补贴等相关优惠政策，减轻投资者负担，让投资者获得更大的经济效益。在次背景下，设计一款机器自动化比较强，生产效率高，是很有必要的，适合市场的需求，有很大的前景。在此基础下，我决定根据需求，通过考察市场，设计此切碎机。 关键词 “生物质” “切碎” “高效” “高能” abstract The characteristics of biofuels are small in size, specific gravity are much and fire resistance ,so it is easy to store and transport ,whats more, its volume is 1/15 of the same weight things, its air tightness is 0.9-1.4g per cubic centimetre and its heat value is higher to 3500-5500 calorie. Also its one of the easier solid fule to volatilize .recently years, our country promote people to exploitation and utilization the bilfuels ,we have built hundreds of power station which rely on bilfuels . however the volume of production cant meet the market demand , It sold at every meal to 450-550 yuan and Form the shortage in the situation.
