But in which there are some small problems, family enterprise similarly so, if there is no corresponding measures, it may lead to the brain drain of enterprise, competitiveness decrease, profitability decline and other adverse factors. The research object of this thesis is the family business management innovation, through consulting a large number of literatures at home and abroad, analyzing the present development situation of family enterprise, finding that most researchers have focused on the management model and innovation research is less, due to the lack of practice, leading to uncertainty of many methods. But by understanding the releted problems and relevant cases, we found a lot of problems,for example dictatorial management, loss of talents, many problems and the system’s imperfection etc. To solve these problems, We should start from the enterprise and the government . Not only should we put forward in terms of enterprise system and property right innovation, talent introduction, improve financial system, enterprise culture ,but also the government put forward a sound system of laws, the government to provide help and support, and reduce the pressure of enterprise funds.
