冲突是组织存在和发展中不可避免的现象,如今,团队运作已蔓延到几乎所有组织中。企业强大的竞争优势不仅在于员工个人卓越的能力,更重要的是体现在团队合作的强大,但团队成员内部,团队之间经常由于追求目标的不同、利益的不同、价值观差异等原因,会发生相应的冲突以致影响团队合作的效果。因此,管理者要运用正确的策略化解团队冲突以发挥团队优势。本文从团队冲突的概述入手,分析了解团队冲突产生的五个方面影响和产生冲突的五个方面原因,最后提出了解决和管理冲突的对策。
