LED点阵全彩屏的设计
摘要
在现在日新月异的年代里,街上放眼望去,都是满世界的单色的屏幕。随着现在技术的进步,这些单色的LED屏已经很难满足现在的要求了,用户对现在的LED又提出了不同的要求,有的看重效果,有的看重运行的环境,有的看重显示的效果,显示的方式,有的看重系统的安全性,稳定性,性价比等。
本文采用的是89C51单片机作为核心控制器件来控制整个电路的运行,以电路设计和程序设计为重点,先介绍原理图的制作,使用单片机是为了发挥它实用,高效,稳定,经济的多个优点。通过于各个驱动芯片的连接来完成需要点亮全彩LED的灯管,行驱动芯片使用的是两块74HC138组成的1个4/16译码器,对行进行扫描,列驱动芯片使用的是3块TLC5946芯片,负责对各个彩色管脚的管理,和灰度控制。由单片机进行串行数据传输,和两块驱动芯片通信,达到预期的要求。由单片机和上位机PC进行通信。
然后对程序进行设计,由各种中断来控制这种的LED点亮时间,扫描时间,等各种需求。然后对列驱动进行操作,那些静止,移动,闪烁等功能全由主程序完成。行驱动来扫描达到持续点亮的要求,一般需要每秒60次的扫描,这样肉眼就无法看出闪烁的画面了。达到情况。
