激光标线仪前盖模具设计及其型腔仿真加工 摘要:本课题是关于激光标线仪前盖模具设计及其型腔仿真加工。设计之前要对塑件制品进行测绘,得到塑件制品的尺寸数据。在设计该模具时,首先解决了抽芯的问题,考虑到夹角为20°的侧向抽芯机构所面临的导向、定位、锁紧问题。本模具依据厂方给定的注塑机型号和经济性确定型腔为一模两腔;为了不影响制品的外观,本设计采用潜伏式浇口;为使塑件能够快速均匀冷却,冷却流道布置为环绕式;其次,进行模具的各个零部件的具体设计。对成型部件和紧固件及各种支撑件进行外形尺寸设计和强度校核。为了降低模具的生产周期,提高生产效率,选择315315的标准模架。 本设计对激光标线仪前盖型腔的加工工艺进行了分析,在Master CAM 9.0中完成刀具路径设定,确定数控加工代码,通过仿真加工确定是否满足加工要求。通过工艺性分析,检验了设计的可行性和经济性。 关键词:测绘;抽芯机构;注塑模具;加工仿真 Mould Design upper cover and Processing Simulation of Cavity of the Laser Graticule Meter Abstract: This topic is to design the mould of the upper cover of laser graticule meter mold and simulation process of cavity .Before the design must to carry on the mapping to the product, obtain side the data of the product .When designing this mold, the first question which should be solved is the processing question of pulls out the core organization. Considers contain guides、the location and the locking question which the core organization with a included angle of 20 degree faces. Considering the injection molding machine based on the factory and the efficient, two cavities in a mold. In order not to affect the product the outward appearance, the design uses the ambush type gate. In order to cause the model to be cooling fast and uniform, the flow channel is arranged to surround the type. Next, carries on each spare part of the mold concrete design. And then carries on the external dimensions design and the intensity examination of the shaping part and the fastener and each kind of supports. In order to reduce the production cycle time of mold and enhance the production efficiency, chooses 315?315 standard mold frames. This design has carried on the analysis to the laser graticule meter upper cover processing craft of cavity , completes the cutting tool way hypothesis in Master cam 9.0, the definite numerical control processing code, Through the process analysis, we check the feasibility and economic of designing.
