C公司原材料采购现状及问题分析
摘 要
随着经济全球化进程的加快,企业竞争日趋激烈。企业要想在市场中立于
不败之地,不仅要在研发、生产、销售环节上不断改进,而且要在采购上挖掘
潜力。中小型服装企业如果能够运用供应链采购管理思想,就可以通过迅速提
升产品价值来确定市场竞争优势,就可以更快、更成功地开拓新的市场。

With the acceleration of economic globalization, the enterprise competition is becoming increasingly fierce. In order to occupy the invincible position in the market, Enterprises should not only make continuous improvement on research and development, production, and marketing, but also explore potential on purchasing. If the small and medium-sized clothing enterprise can apply the management thoughts of supply chain procurement, it can promote the product value rapidly to confirm the market competitive advantage, and can be faster and more successful in developing new markets.
The research object - Zhejiang Chuangyue fashion Co. Ltd., although the enterprise has already realized the importance of purchasing management, its purchasing concept is still obsolete, and the purchasing process is trivial, so that it inevitably encounter all sorts of purchasing issues.
The paper is divided into three parts. The first part describes the correlation theory of enterprise purchasing management; taking Zhejiang Chuangyue fashion Co. Ltd. as an example, the second part analyses the present situation of purchasing management and the existing problems, and finds out the problem restricting consensus development, including the insufficient procurement concept, the low efficiency of purchasing work, and the problems of purchasing process and supplier management. The third part proposes the strategies strengthening the purchasing management of Zhejiang Chuangyue fashion Co. Ltd., which are to improve the strategy awareness of purchasing management, establish efficient organizational structure of purchasing management, enhance the connection of the companys various departments, and manage the supplier in the way of scientific classification.
