毕业论文 （2010届） M公司采购管理优化研究 摘 要 随着市场经济的发展、技术的进步、企业之间的竞争日益加剧激烈。采购管理作为企业物流管理的一部分，已成为企业生产经营过程中的一个关键环节，直接关系到企业的生产成本与服务水平。加强采购管理对企业提升核心竞争力具有十分重要的意义。但目前在我国仍有很多企业的采购管理落后，采购管理模式已不能适应市场竞争的要求，大多数企业的采购效率低下、采购成本过高、采购工作不能保证企业满足个性化的市场需求。为了挖掘采购活动中的利润，不少企业把采购管理的焦点放在价格因素上，强调了与供应商的对立关系。另一方面，企业在先期的供应策划活动上关注不够，忽视库存的合理控制，造成无需求产品的长期积压或者需求紧急的无供货的尴尬局面。如何通过现代采购管理手段，与供应商建立良好的合作关系，减少库存浪费，降低企业采购总成本，是企业重要任务之一。文章以M有限公司有限公司关键词：；；； Abstract ith the development of market economy, the technology progress and the competition between the enterprises increasingly fierce. The purchasing management as one part of the corporate logistics, has become the key part of enterprise production operation, directly determines the production cost and service of an enterprise. But in our country at present there are still many enterprises purchasing management backward, purchasing model can’t fit the marketing requirement. The efficient of these manufacturing enterprises’ is low but their purchasing cost is very high. To explore the profits procurement activities, many enterprises to purchasing and supply management focus on price factor, emphasized the opposite relationship with suppliers. On the other hand, the enterprise is in the upfront supply planning activities is not enough, and paying attention to ignore the reasonable control inventory, cause no demand for products of long-term backlog or demand emergency without supply awkward situation. How to use modern purchasing management means, develop good relationship with local suppliers to reduce inventory waste, reduce the enterprises purchase total cost, is the enterprise is one of the important tasks.
