PAGE 摘　要 随着现代计算机技术、多媒体技术、网络技术和数字图像压缩技术的迅猛发展而诞生的DVR数字监控系统，是以计算机为核心的多媒体监控，把管理权交给计算机。随着全社会的数字化，网络化步伐的加快，传统模拟监控系统必将被新一代的数字化，网络化多媒体管理监控系统所取代。只要根据需要在需监控的场所安装一定数量的摄像机，即可在值班控制中心实时监控小区内各位置的人员活动情况，并将其录制保存下来，为事件发生后的调查提供第一手资料。视频监控系统主要由前端摄像部分、传输部分、控制部分、显示与记录四大部分所组成。系统使管理人员在控制室中能观察到前端防范区域内所有人员活动情况并记录，为保安系统提供动态图像信息。 本文主要论述了视频监控系统中解码器的设计。此系统中的解码器主要为 HYPERLINK /list/yuntai.html 云台、变焦镜头等可控设备提供驱动电源及控制。该解码器可以控制云台的上、下、左、右旋转，变焦镜头的变焦、聚焦、光圈以及对 HYPERLINK /list/fanghuzhao.html 防护罩雨刷器、摄像机电源、灯光等设备的控制，并且还可以提供若干个辅助功能开关，以满足不同用户的实际需要。 关键词：MAX485E；译码器；光耦；通信协议；串口通信 Abstract DVR digital control system，born with the rapid development of modern computer technology, multimedia technology, network technology and digital image compression technology, is based on HYPERLINK /dict_result.aspx?searchword=%e4%bb%a5%e8%ae%a1%e7%ae%97%e6%9c%ba%e4%b8%ba%e8%bd%bd%e4%bd%93%e7%9a%84%e5%9f%b9%e8%ae%adtjType=sentencestyle=t=cbt+(computer+based+training) computer based multimedia monitor，leaving the power to the computer. Video surveillance camera system consists of four parts: front-end video part, transmission part, control part, and record part. Because of the system, the managers can observe the activities of all personnel within the preventing region and record it in the control room, providing dynamic image information to the security system.
